Can I pay by mail instead of online?


Although we use a 128-bit secured certificate issued by VeriSign so that you can order online with complete security, we do offer a payment-by-mail alternative. Simply choose the Cheque/Money Order option where you will be instructed on how to print your order form and mail it to us with your payment.



How do I know if you got my order?


After an order is completed, you will receive an email which is automatically. Should you need to contact us for any reason, please email us for fastest service.



What payment options do you offer?


We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and other options provided by PayPal. Other options should be discussed in advance.



Do you create new web sites?


In the past we have created web sites for our customers and can certainly quote you. However, our priority is to our website maintenance customers.



What information do you require to perform updates?


In order to perform updates to any site we need access to your host via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). If you've been maintaining the site yourself, you'll know what they are. Otherwise you may need to contact your service provider.

How soon can I expect web site maintenance work completed?


Web maintenance subscribers – we promise completion within three business days, but our typical turnaround is 24 hours, for any work that is within the regular subscription hours. Additional work will be longer. We will immediately notify you if we are unable to complete within three working days. Note: the UK holidays and weekends are not considered a business day.

Ad-hoc maintenance users – we will give you hours, cost and delivery date for each project.

  

Here is the simple step by step process of our site maintenance program:


Subscription Web Site Maintenance :

  • You signup for our subscription.
  • We create a login for you in our ticketing system.
  • You sign in and create a ticket for your maintenance needs.
  • We complete the work within three working days -- typically within 24 hours and close the ticket.
  • We upload the changes (or you do it if that is what you need).

In case the task is more than your subscription fee

  • We inform you about additional time/cost.
  • You approve
  • We start the work and complete.

Subscription can be cancelled on one month notice.
